Who in the Heck is Eric Worre – and Should You Even Care?

Eric Worre is  one of many trainers in the network marketing industry, but is he someone you should even listen to? You’ll be quite surprised at the answer.

I’m sure you’ve heard the name before, maybe even seen the face, but yet you’re probably not even sure who he really is.

Let me break it down for you…

Eric Worre is a network marketing trainer who got his start in network marketing over two decades ago. He has managed to create a training empire with his Network Marketing Pro business.

In a nutshell, he is a former network marketing distributor turned network marketing trainer and consultant. There’s no lack of distributors who have decided to pack up the bags and go into training.

You can count people such as Dani Johnson and Tom “Big Al” Schreiter as among the ones who found their calling in training and/or writing books rather than recruiting. Now you can add Eric Worre to that list.

In my opinion, all of these trainers pretty much teach the same thing. What's different is how the message is delivered - and by whom.

The most important question you want to ask yourself is this….

What am I hoping a trainer can do for me and my business?

Is Eric Worre the Right Trainer For You?

Like I stated before, just about all of the network marketing trainers teach the same thing:

  • Belief in yourself (mindset)
  • Belief in the network marketing industry
  • Prospecting / Talking to people about your business
  • Handling objections
  • Developing posture

If you need help in any one of those areas listed above, then Eric Worre is going to fit like a glove for you.

Most traditional MLM trainers are for those who are building their business belly-to-belly i.e. talking to people directly either on the phone or in person.

If you’re building your business in a non-traditional way, for example using social media or building your business indirectly by using a marketing system, then this kind of training is not imperative to have.

What is imperative, is the ability to get traffic to your website so you can generate leads. Without leads and/or people to talk to about your business, all the Eric Worre training in the world won’t help you at all.

Eric Worre Books - Should You Buy?

His famous Go Pro book is definitely worth the read. He has written spin-off books based on his original book, however, I suggest getting his original Go Pro book.

It’s an easy read and it will help you get on the right track (or back on track) in your network marketing business. It will also help instill belief in the network marketing industry as a whole.

If you’re in network marketing, I highly recommend this book even if you’re not building your business face-to-face.

Overall

All-in-all, Eric Worre is a good trainer and his Network Marketing Pro training can help you in your network marketing business especially if you’re cold calling leads or prospecting face-to-face

The messaging among network marketing trainers are the same - believe in yourself, believe in the industry, and get good at prospecting and overcoming objections. Eric does a good job at teaching on those topics.

Just remember that you need to get the right kind of training in your business that tackles the issues that you’re currently having.

Since you need people to talk to about your business, you cannot neglect the fact that you need to know how to generate leads (if you don't plan on buying leads or using paid marketing).

A good marketing funnel can help you sort through your prospects so that you’re spending your time on the most qualified prospects.

The only question that remains is whether or not Eric Worre’s Network Marketing Pro is what you need at this stage in your business. It’s not gonna hurt, that’s for sure, but you may not want your sole focus to be on topics that aren’t relevant to you and your business.
