Seesmic Twitter…is just one of a thousand tools out there for the taking. In fact, is with the over-abundant tools already on the market…even before this tool ever existed, is this tool even important when marketing on Twitter? Is Twitter as a marketing tool even effective anymore? You’ll be quite surprised at some ways people are using Twitter and Seesmic in their online business.
No matter what marketing technique you mention there will always be people who say that XYZ doesn’t work. Article marketing doesn’t work. Video marketing doesn’t work. MySpace marketing doesn’t work…and on it goes.
I’ve found that you have to find a way to make whatever technique you’re interested in…work for you. Whether you’re doing SEO or Facebook marketing. People are having success, but you have to tweak it until you can get it working for yourself.
Which brings us to Twitter. Some people hate it. Some people love it. Some people just don’t know how in the heck they can make it work for them in their business.
C’mon! Of course can be used for marketing, but if you’re going to blast out product links in every tweet or put silly things like “If you want to earn residual income let me know” in your tweets…no wonder people are ignoring you.
It seems like there should be a Jeopardy category for silly things network marketers say…
So, yes Twitter can be used for marketing. I’m sure you know that by now, but it’s the HOW of making it work for you. Twitter training does come in handy, but there’s so much of it out there that literally it’s like which kind of training makes the most sense?!
Between Facebook and the other 99 things you’re doing online, it’s no wonder you don’t have time to even brush your teeth.
This business building on the web is time consuming.
Which is why you need to, in my humble opinion, leverage network marketing tools and systems so you can get more hours out of your day.
Now, what I’m about to post is ONE person’s opinion on how to set up Twitter (if you’re not already using it).
He is a very credible and smart Internet marketer by the name of Ed Dale. You many know him best as the creator of the ThirtyDayChallenge.
The 30DC is a training portal site that is done every year around August, however the word on the street is this training site is a changing a bit…and it may not be around for long. So get the training while it’s still up.
This video is from 2009’s 30DC, but yet it remains one of the clearest and simplest over-views on how to set up Twitter and how to use a Twitter marketing tool called Seesmic to help you stay organized and on top of your tweets and those of your followers. It even lets you integrate your Facebook account.
Now, i’ve used Tweet Deck and found it “heavy” as compared to using Seesmic…which is much lighter and easier to navigate and takes up less space. Seesmic Twitter does have a web interface in addition to the desktop version.
Now, if you’re not serious about using Twitter for marketing, in the other words, if you don’t intend to mingle and do re-tweets and interact with people, then you really need not bother with this.
For those people who want to learn how to tap into Twitter and use it in a much better way than what you’ve probably been taught, then you’ll enjoy this training.
The reason I’m posting this is because I find that a lot of people get overwhelmed with all the information and tools coming at them at what seems like a mile-a-minute. It’s too much. It’s too much to learn and comprehend.
And what you end up doing is nothing or jumping around from this thing to the other thing hoping for some kind of secret that unlocks the vault of overnight riches.
With so many Twitter tools, like Tweet Deck and Humingbird and so forth and so forth it all starts to blend together.
So, with this training you will learn:

I highly suggest that if you’re new to Internet marketing or if you want to expand your knowledge, that you go through the pre-season and through the complete thirty day challenge. It help lay a foundation for your Internet marketing. Keep in mind that 30DC is geard toward regular affiliate marketing, but don’t let that throw you off.
